Thanks to our experience in event management, we understand the organisational structure of state and public events, the movement of guests and protocol rules. We know how to move around the space unobtrusively, without disturbing the course of the event, while providing complete visual documentation suitable for the media, press releases, the institution's archive and public communication.

Our goal is to deliver reliable, professional visual outputs that faithfully document the course of the event, serve as evidence, and at the same time support credible and transparent communication of public institutions towards citizens, the media and partners.

An important part of our work is the ability to anticipate key moments – arrivals of dignitaries, official speeches, presentation of awards, signing of documents or informal interactions – so that they are captured accurately, factually and in line with journalistic standards.

We emphasise clear and systematic documentation – from overall shots of the space, through detailed photographs of important persons and symbols, to illustrative images that support the news character of the outputs. The resulting photographs are processed so that they are immediately usable for the media, official websites, social media and printed publications, while meeting the requirements for technical quality, informative value and representativeness.
