How many photos from the event will we get?

It depends on the type and length of the event. A long lecture will produce fewer than a sports day with 10 parallel activities. On average it is 40–60 photos per hour of the event.

What rights do I get to the photographs?

Full rights to all delivered photographs. You can use them for anything, without our additional consent.

When will I receive the photographs?

As standard, about 10 photos that capture a cross-section of the event the next day, and the rest within 4 days. For portraits and compositions with extra post-production we agree on a separate date.

How will you deliver the photographs?

Via an online service (e.g. uschovna.cz or WeTransfer), or on a USB drive.

What quality will we get the photographs in?

In two qualities: high resolution (approx. 6000 × 4000 px) for print and low resolution (approx. 1500 × 1000 px) for web, social media and e-mail.

How we photograph a conference

We have experience photographing all types of corporate conferences – from a small meeting to a large conference.

We have found that every event is unique and organisers have specific requirements when it comes to photos. What matters most is how the conference photographs will be used.

To achieve the best results we will make sure all your requirements are fully discussed so that we fully understand your needs.

We arrive at the venue early to meet all the key people and get an idea of the venue and its specific requirements.

We behave discreetly when photographing an event. We realise that people did not come to look at us. For this purpose we use the most modern cameras capable of shooting in low light without a flash. We understand that there is nothing more disturbing than a photographer's flash going off every few seconds.

On the other hand, we know there are moments when flash can be very useful – for example when people receive awards. Throughout the day we stay in contact with the event organisers to make sure we can carry on photographing even if there are any changes.

Other options for conference photography

A conference can also be a great opportunity to update employee profile photos. At your event we can set up a photo studio and take profile photos of your people. We can run the studio during breaks or after the conference.

Many conference organisers include some form of team building in the programme. We have already photographed various city challenges, city tours and also boat trips on the Danube.

We can photograph such moments for you too. Guests will probably want to see these even more than the ones from the conference.
